The Owner and the Contractor may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
Both Mr Nathan Lessey and Mr Don Jordan are authorised to act on behalf of Mr Laurie Lessey and Mrs Agatha Jordan, respectively, for the purpose of concluding this contract.
This Construction Contract (the “Contract”) is deemed valid upon signature by Don Jordan & Nathan Lessey.
The Parties agree as follows:

This update to the original contract (1st October 2024), along with any subsequent updated contracts and agreements, Under section 20 part 2 of the original contract Early Termination is now void and cancelled due to the contractors’ inability to supply a team to complete the work.

All outstanding funds will be retained by the property owners to facilitate the completion of the job.
