Under UK Copyright Law, Powerful Photography being the creator of the image holds the copyright. However, Powerful Photography grants me a license to print, duplicate and display my photos.

I give permission to Powerful Photography use any images depicting the said model to be displayed for advertising only related to Powerful Photography and its clients.

It is further agreed that the above-mentioned photographs will not be used for defamatory or pornographic use but may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion, business and marketing purpose in any manner and medium.

I agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless my name is used.

This agreement does not include the use of said images to be used for television or public billboard.

I undertake not to Prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against either Powerful Photography and/or its clients in respect of any usage of the above-mentioned photographs. I hereby release Powerful Photography and/or its clients from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of the aforementioned model.
